Financial Info

Dr. Rebecca Hartfield and her staff know that cost can affect your dental treatment decisions. At our office, we do our best to be sure you understand your out-of-pocket expenses for any treatment before we begin. Dr. Hartfield will give you treatment options whenever possible so you can decide what is right for you.

At each appointment, our office manager will present you with a quote of what your fees will be for that day. You are expected to pay your portion of the fee for any treatment you received that day. If you are having a procedure done that takes multiple appointments, we will divide the fee by the number of appointments, and you can pay that portion at each appointment.

If you have insurance, we will submit the bill to your insurance company for you. You will be expected to pay your deductible and any estimated co-pays at the time of your appointment. If your insurance does not cover any procedure or denies benefits for any treatment you received, you are responsible for the fee.

Questions about payment options? Please call our office at (618) 234-7100 and ask to speak with our office manager. She will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have about the payment options we offer.
